Got the Emerald Dove- almost after ten months, while birding at CKBS
yesterday afternoon. Sometimes I had just a fleeting glimpse of this
shy dove but its difficult to get it in the open. This solitary bird
was foraging on the ground at the edge of a pond inside the sanctuary.
