Crested Goshawk ....... Manipal , 31st Jan,2013

We ( Ramit and self ) saw the goshawk first giving a frenzied chase after a shikra .... and then sitting on this tree .... looking constantly behind.

It was repeatedly wagging its tail ..... which seemed like .... it was trying to subdue the fluffy cotton like hair under its tail ....... :-) .... fascinating !!
