as this raptor is identified as different birds by all above friends i am posting two more pictures of side view and taking off.it will give more ideas to you all.posting one more flight picture also.
so please recheck and give your opinion please,

Note: The bird swooped down and landed next to the banks of the river. Although the bird did not drink any water, it soaked it's belly a few times in the river water, probably to cool itself. This was in the evening. Size was similar to Oriental Honey-buzzard. Cross-referring with Birds of Prey of the Indian Subcontinent by Rishad Naoroji, I got the feel that its a Long-legged Buzzard, but would like some experts to confirm the ID.
