[BirdPhotoIndia] Steppe Eagle on Migration Path

At Tumling, enroute to Sandakphu, West Bengal, Eastern Himalaya on 10.11.2014.

We reached our hotel at Tumling just past the noon time. We obesreved
from a distance that many raptors were circling around the hightest
point around that area. Suddenly one after another Stepep Eagles (
all Juveniles) started flying straight in South-West direction ( more
inclined towards West than South) after catching thermals. We realised
that they are on migration. In five minitues time around 30+ Steppe
Eagles crossed overhead. It was sort of new experince for me.

Cheers !!
