(delhibirdpix) The Migratory Waterfowl - # 2.14- Northern Shoveler (Anas clypeata) - 2014-401

The Birds are less and less every year.  It looked in October, and as the locals informed,
there would be a huge gathering of Waterfowl at the recently found Wetland at Dhanauri.
The numbers have declined to very there - less water and perhaps poaching there.

The Ducks, though, are in reasonably good number at Bilaspur, 50 KMs SSE of Delhi,
Greater Noida, U.P. India. Taken on 5th December 2014.
