decided to stay and observe some human activity...an incredibly

Crested Bunting (male) at Okhla Bird Park on 13 April 2014. Ramit pointed it to me, but before I could focus and adjust my camera it flew away.

I remember Dr Rajesh Kalra posting another individual last year from the fields outside OBP.
