Species :- Asian Paradise-flycatcher (Terpsiphone paradisi)
Date :- Feb, 2010
Location :- Sinhagad Valley, Pune
Equipment :- Canon 40D + Sigma 70-300mm APO DG Macro (Non-IS)
Notes :- This is a sub-adult male moulting into adult plumage.
Over the last 2-3 years, there has been a drastic decline in their numbers in all their usual locations(in Pune).
I used to see these in our school and gardens too as a kid. Now-a-days, there are very few places where we find them.
Really miss this beauty.
