dear friends,
as trumpeter finch is a beautiful dream bird..giving some information as per my knowledge.
in 2008 i had seen and photographed leisurely between nov.15th to 22nd nov.
in 2009 seen once only in nov 2009
in 2010 after so many trips i could not found in nov but i was lucky to see in dec.10 and then after we saw in february too!
when i and navin bapat went at vijaysagar to photograph yellow bittern.navin bapat told that during his last trip to vijaysagar in this march 2011 he heard trumpeter finch call. navin bapat had seen big flock of trumpeter finch(about 200)in rudramata dem canaal.in or around 1987.
inshort i think there is not particular place or time.
