This kingfisher was seen at the central zone of Kaziranga. While we thought that the jizz was of a Common KF, the guide insisted it was a Blue-eared *and thats how I have titled the images), given that the lower mandible was a lighter colour and that the breast/belly was a more even and darker rufous.

Would greatly appreciate ID confirmation.
