Habitat: Submerged Narrow Leaf Cat-tail plants (Typha angustifolia).
Status: Least Concern
Remarks: This day a lone bird was sighted doing near predictive rounds every 40 minutes, showing up at the edge of the crowded Typha, then he was gone for a while and would appear on the other side in a small clearing on Hyacinth weeds, picking up insects from the surface of the water.
