Kaushik, Ram Gopal, Yogesh and I were together and we saw the same bird.  Three of us clicked images of the same bird.   You commented on the image clicked by Kaushik.  Pl do look at images clicked by Ramgopal and me also loaded  also on Delhibirdpix.  Am forwarding them.  Also attaching some more images.

There is no oily yellow on the underparts of the Palwal bird (Ive forgotten the Basai one in detail) and it is certainly not dark enough overall.
