[BirdPhotoIndia] Cuckoo Id

Seek id of this cuckoo that I saw in the Chintamani Kar Bird Sanctuary, Calcutta today. It was a small cuckoo, around 25 cm. Couldn't see its front but since it has yellow eye-rings there is a possibility of it being either a Lesser or an Oriental Cuckoo. Help from the experts would be much appreciated. Apologise for the out of focus shots.It barely gave me any time.
