Hi,
Sighted this House Crow at Dinbazar area, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal on 10/3/2010. At morning when I was going towards Domahani from Jalpaiguri I sighted this bird. It very much similar to House Crow but it's upper mandible is considerably lond and curved. I think this is a resident bird and local birders may have seen this.
