[BirdPhotoIndia] Rusty-tailed Flycatcher?

The attached images are of the same individual seen this morning at Chintamani Kar Bird Sanctuary Kolkata. A single bird perched on a twig for about 20 secs before flying off. No calls were heard. It has been suggested that this is a Rusty-tailed Flycatcher which would be a new record for the city and surrounding areas. The only suspicion arises from its rather dark breast which seems darker than other Rusty-tailed images on the internet. Identification help will be sppreciated.
I hate to bother experts with such poor images, but the short duration for which it remained in sight and unfavorable light made it difficult to get better ones.
