(delhibirdpix) Great Bittern from Tal Chhapar (by Poonia ji)

This Great Bittern could not fly and landed in the house of Surat Singh Poonia ji at Tal Chhapar, about last week.
Tal Chhapar Sanctuary, Rajasthan.

A purely vegetarian Pooniaji took great pains to get the bittern properly fed.
