Hi Soma,
I suspect that the attached is the same bird. Other than the impression that it is a leaf warbler and a possible candidate for Large-billed Leaf Warbler, I don't think it is possible for me to draw any further conclusions. With most warblers, it is important to see the back of the bird because it narrows down the choice. With angles such as these, one has to rely on features like bill colour, leg colour etc. - features that are often affected by the quality of light and thus not entirely reliable. One then has to rely on what is obvious and use what naturally occurs at this time in the area as a shortlist. That gives you some pointers but never the satisfaction of a unimpeachable ID. In short, it is not worth much in the final analysis :-)
