[BirdPhotoIndia] Id help please

Is this a paddyfield pipit or a Bengal bushlark? I am quite confused and need help please. It has some nesting material in its bill making it difficult for me to understand the shape and of course the distance from which it was shot doesn't help matters much either.

Captured this Saturday about 30 km off Burdwan on the way to Katwa near a place called Nigon.
