At Nandi hills yesterday, heard a call of scimitar babbler and decided to track it down. There was a flock moving through the bamboo thickets, calling out incessantly and infuriatingly, as they could be heard but not seen. Finally found this somewhat curious individual peering about which allowed a few shots.
Saturday May 15th, Nandi hills, Bangalore.
