[BirdPhotoIndia] Long-billed Ground-thrush - record shot

Long-billed Ground-thrush or Long-billed Thrush Zoothera monticola at Kilbury near Pangot, 28th May, 2010.
As we (Bhaskar Das and myself) were driving back from Pangot to Nainital, an adult bird flew across the road. We stopped to find two adults and a juvenile on a leaf litter on the roadside. The juvenile was capable of flying, but was being fed by its parents.
The camouflage worked surprisingly well for a bird of its size as it frequently blended in the background only to be given away by its movement. Photography was difficult due to extremely low light and the clutter. Moreover, traffic was heavy (literally) and within 3 minutes of sighting these birds some 7-8 cars passed through that narrow stretch and we had to continually move our car back and forth for letting them pass. Here is what I managed under the circumstances, at 1/40s handheld (supported on the car window).
A lifer for both of us, and one for which I have been hoping ever since Sumit Sen apprised me of its possibility in the area.
