[BirdPhotoIndia] Rajabhatkhawa bird

Hi
just returned from a long birding trip in the Buxa-Jainti area of North Bengal. Fortunately it didnt rain much during the birding hours and there was ample light for good photography in the Buxa-Rajabhatkhawa area.
The lush forests and the leech-infested undergrowths however made birdwatching quite difficult. Birds were definitely less at this time of the year. Moreover, I couldnt do satisfactory birding at Buxa becoz i had to give some company to my non-birder colleauge Saurabh..who took more interest in the large mammals of the reserve...and always stopped me from running after birds. But we both had some really good sightings of elephants, bisons and sambars...and an unexpected leopard.
Heres a pic of Greater Yellownape in the dense Rajabhatkhawa Forests(Buxa Tiger Reserve).

cheers!
Shantanu.
