[BirdPhotoIndia] Please help with the ID: Is this a Cinnamon Bittern?

2nd July 2010 at Dibrugarh, Assam. Saw this bird late in the evening at the
edge of the tea garden near a large water body. Got a quick glimpse before
it scampered into the tea bushes. Looked like a Cinnamon Bittern to me.

I request experts to please confirm the ID.
