a narrow strip of reed bed (15 meters to 5 meters)
along the road side supports a surprizingly large
number and yellow bitterns (i saw more than 10) and
black bitterns (i saw about 3). the reed bed is being
cut from one end and the bitterns arguably has nests
inside. apparently this happens every year.
