(delhibirdpix) painted stork juv.prining and adult resting on one leg with the other leg on knee for support

see differance between juv.and adult in size.colour,

i saw only one juv.in the group of about 25 adults.enerally 4-6 juv can seen in 20-25 group.is that serious problem.?
