[BirdPhotoIndia] Raptors for ID

Hello all,

I have two raptor pictures for ID. Number 1 was taken in Kalimpong
from my verandah and No. 2 was taken in Peshok Tea garden on the
drive up from Kalimpong to Darjeeling in November 2009. Could No. 2
be a Common Kestrel?
