As these birds were spotted a long distance away or these birds spotted me, one of the two started it 'action' but then the full action did not take place.  Taken on 10th at Dadri Wetlands.

It reminded of some shots I had taken in almost the same pose of 'a critically endangered species not seen since its last visit to India in winter of 2001-02'.  What I took are perhaps the last few images of the beautiful bird taken in India.
