(delhibirdpix) Flights of Freedom - India Independence Day - # 4

Independence Day means Freedom. Freedom has been defined by and has a
different meaning for all at different times.

The best definition I remember having read but do not recall by whom
(I have the freedom to forget many things) is "Going to Sleep when you
want and Getting up when you want and doing pretty much what you want
in between". Quite a few practice it and quite a few envy who
practice it (they actually do not want to do it but wish) and quite a
few just cannot. May be you could practice it all the time if a. you
were born to it b. if you were a born genius or unique c. or work hard
at it for good 30-40 years and then choose this over what gets you
moolah/page 3/or whatever and of course either lost most of your hair
or have it turned completely white like mine.

Birds do it most times and I try following these all the time.

It was great to be with Beautiful Birds, in Beautiful Surroundings and
in the Company of Good Friends and do not forget 'good breakfast'.

Some images from a Great Independence Day outing.

A Pheasant-Tailed Jacana in Breeding Plumage.

Cheers.
