Today i found this pair of koels exhibiting an unusual dancing type of action... the two sat in front of each other and were constantly calling and jolting their bodies in a break dance type of manner, exactly as seen in the continuously shot photos... i have never seen two birds move like this before...so can some one please explain this type of behaviour? i presume it something related to their mating, as after many minutes of the dance, the male starting chasing around the female, all over my garden...and the two seemed to be madly in love...
