[BirdPhotoIndia] Chestnut-capped Babbler - Another Photo

5th September 2010 at Dibrugarh, Assam.

One of my favourite birds. Somehow this bird always manages to keep me at a distance and keep the sun behind him. More often than not one can only see a shiver run through the grass stalks as the bird quickly moves from grass to grass away from you. The very shivering of the grass stalks as it perches at the base is enough to send your blood racing. However, on a lucky day, when he does give a clear view, the sight is glorious.
