(delhibirdpix) WHY so?

Dear conservationists. Hi!
( Sumit +Nik Pls. Excuse me 4 Cross Posting and large file size) This really needs immediate actions for the conservation of Wild Life in India. Rajasthan Govt. had lifted ban from hunting  of Blue Bulls,as they were destroying the crops and for various other obvious reasons which were full filling the requirements of top shots in parties. But when Salman Khan hunted a black buck it became an issue ( I was there in Jodhpur at the time of incident).
I am in JNU for more than 25 years now and have seen its up N downs but in last 10 years the situation has become worse.Entire Hare colony in front of SLS building,Common Palm Civets, Pack of Jackals, Monitor Lizards ,many Porcupines apart from all terrestrial birds including national bird have  either vanished or are under serious threat.( All are protected under our WLPAct 1972). The culprits have strong connections with pseudo-conservationists cum politician, as they are not covered under the same act of 1972 for the reason that they are not the part of wildlife but have caused a massive damage to it and are busy doing so. They are biting differently able people within the campus and many other areas in Delhi the most pathetic victims  are  visually challenged society of humans.
I have raise the issue many times with the authority n media but in vain.Need inputs from all learned friends in the group to solve the problem. Am posting only one picture here rest can be seen on Face Book as these are shocking. This Neel gai fawn is month old which I rescued yesterday from the CANINES PACK revived it gave first aid than sent to Vet.Doc. for the treatment ,but am unable to provide its mother.
Best Regards
SP
