(delhibirdpix) olive backed pipit.thanks friends but confusion is there.please more id help.new picture

thanks  friends saurabh savant,nirav bhatt,niranjan sant.krys sir,etc.for id help.but some says it is tree pipit and some says olive backed pipit.

i had tried to capture more pictures and uploading some new.please help.as per krys's book a field guide to the  birds of india

1 distinctive black and white patch on rear ear coverets

2upperparts more greenish grey.
