[BirdPhotoIndia] ID Confirmation

These are two different individuals, DSCN3018 was shot near Tissa, HP and DSCN3154 was at Kalatop, HP in the first week of November, 2010. To me, both seem Eurasian Griffon. Would request the experts to confirm.
