[BirdPhotoIndia] Eurasian Collared Dove

A pair of Eurasian Collared Dove on the Bardhaman-Katwa state highway today in Bardhaman district of West Bengal, India. On this 55 km road one can see literally hundreds of these and spotted doves gorging on the ripe paddy and rice that fall off the tractors that carry it to and from the various rice mills on the way. But I have noticed that they have very little tolerance for human presence in the vicinity, unlike the spotted doves that live near my house in Calcutta.
