Grey winged Blackbird - note the black and white head - initially I thought it is a new bird but Mr Negi cleared the confusion. The bird sipped nectar from rhododendron flowers ultimately making it's head like sprinkled with salt and pepper.
I must mention here my mistake in some earler posting of this trip - that we saw Darjeeling Woodpecker. Arka and Amit Thakurta corrected me - there is no distribution of this species there- it was Himalayan WP. Many thanks to them. Pic attached.
