[BirdPhotoIndia] Request for ID

Dear All,

Kindly help me identifying the bird shown in the photographs.It was spotted by us. Nilima and I spotted it at Ballavpur forest at Santiniketan on 21st March at around noon-time. Its size slightly larger than sparrow( may be <17 cm.).
