(delhibirdpix) Bhindawas on 27th April 2011

4 Black-necked Storks - while the two immature birds were resting aside, the adult birds were busy in fishing.
 
A pair of Sarus Cranes enjoying the cool water in the hot April sun.
 
Lesser Whistling Teals in good numbers.
 
A few Spoonbills too.
 
Numerous herons, darters, cormorants, moorhens and other usual species.
 
A Barn Owl - saved from the dogs and left in the safe custody of the wildlife officials after medication (by Jagat Verma.)
 
Nesting of Indian Spotted Eagle.
