as per my thinking generally 1st or second yr birds has brown spotted or streaked on white wings and pink beak with black on top of the beak.legs yellow or pinkish yellow
but in this pictures bird has a grey wing and pink beak, legs pink,also streak extended towards chest.
so please id this bird is it heuglin's gull or any other or subspecies.
