Dear all,
visiting my daughter in Kingston, Ontario, I have of course taken the opportunity to do some bird-watching. The last time I birded here was in December (minus 18 degrees!) so the birds were very different.
Am sharing some of the summer beauties - this one a rather curious and confiding White-breasted Nuthatch, which I chanced upon at a nearby forest/park.
