This was seen today in Chintamani Kar Bird Sanctuary, Calcutta on a very very rainy day. Is this a Spangled Drongo ? Request confirmation. Thank you.

The only drongo to show a white-spotted breast as clear as this is Crow-billed, and this is supported by the bill shape. The tail shape is not clear but may be obscured by the feathers being wet. I don't know of any records of Crow-billed for Lower Bengal so this may be a significant record.
