Tal Chappar Wildlife Sanctuary is fenced on all sides. Many common (and some less common) birds of the sanctuary can be found perched on the fencing. Here is a fence sitter - a juvenile White-eyed Buzzard photograped on 12th Aug. About 400-500 of these gather here in August-September, and the reasons for such a large congregation in this small area is not well understood.
