[BirdPhotoIndia] ID conformation

This photo was taken at Lepchaka a small village 2 km from Buxa fort on 14th Dec 2011

The bird seems to be Black-and-Orange Flycatcher to me though this bird is rare in this part of India

Experts kindly confirm the Id and oblige
