(delhibirdpix) Booted Eagle and Spotted Eagle from Rajarhat

Hi

Two magnificent raptors- the Booted Eagle (pale morph) and Indian Spotted Eagle have been spotted today (3rd December2011) in the Rajarhat marshes near Kolkata.

Thanks to my fellow birder friend Mr.Debarshi Chakraborty for identifying both the raptors in the field.
