[BirdPhotoIndia] Id Request: Asian Brown Flycatcher?

This was taken at Sanjay Gandhi (Borivili) National Park, Mumbai, India on December 27th, 2012.

Please accept my prior apologies for continuing with my horrible id attempts, the backlight and poor shot are confusing me.

Is this an Asian Brown Flycatcher (Muscicapa dauurica)?
