(delhibirdpix) Pallid Scops Owl- recorded from Harike.

During the recently concluded Harike bird Survey, I came across this Specimen.
It was the size of a Spotted Owlet and surprisingly it flew and settled down in the reeds rather than the other trees at the site. What was also striking was its rather sandy pale appearance.
Identified as:
Pallid Scops Owl  Otus brucei
This is an addition to the Per Undelands Checklist.
