[BirdPhotoIndia] Black-naped Monarch

The Black-naped monarch (Hypothymis azurea) has a wide distribution, from South Asia to Phillipines. Subsequently it has many sub-species with as many as 4 being found in the Indian sub-continent.
Here is the ssp. styani one from Peninsular India
