as most of the water birds pelicans,flamingo,sarus,crane,spoonbill,ducks etc.when they are at ground or in water in flock.when they take off mostly they fly towards same direction but here we can see a flock of Asian Openbill during take off all fly towards different direction but after that they join in a group during flight.
