Dear Sir/Mam,
Posting closeup of Indian Courser (Cursorius coromandelicus) – Adult
Date: 29 March 2013
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
Behaviour / Note : Totally Amazed!!!!...and all credit goes to Sri Surendra sir, who shows his generosity and not only share his birding sites information but on our request he also accompanied us. Under his guidance, today I got two surprise sighting of my long waited wish list. I, Tushar Takale and Arpit was so excited and decided to have a close observation of this grass land beauty, We reach at a suitable place and hide ourselves by lay down on ground, after sometime the bird accepts our presence and come close to us also, But it was a challenge for us to lay down in a same position as if we made any moment it may alert birds and our very purpose defies, we got not only closely observed birds but also get few life cherishing memories….like this pic. Special thanks to Avinash ji for giving us opportunity to click this beauty.
Thanks and Regards,
Kuldeep Shukla
