-- Animesh Basu of HNAF,Siliguri, clicked this Eastern Water Rail (Brown-cheeked Rail) Rallus indicus at Jaldapara, North Bengal on 15th January 2006 at 9.23 am. This is probably the first photo record of the bird from the state. Posting on his behalf.
