Hi All, Baikal Teal, Anas formosa at Sultanpur, Haryana, India on 19th Apr, 2013. Usha Ganguli's book 'A guide to the birds of the Delhi area' mentions a Baikal Teal near river Yamuna on 12 May 1947, so, now its presence here in late April should not be thought of as 'unusual'.
