(delhibirdpix) Tawny-bellied Babbler 2, Dudhwa National Park

Species: Tawny-bellied Babbler - Dumetia hyperythra hyperythra - Adult
Date:  7th March 2013
Location: Dudhwa National Park, Uttar Pradesh, India
Habitat:  Lantana Scrubs on forest periphery.  
Status:  Least concern.
Remarks: A pair was sighted foraging in Lantana scrubs, confining themselves mostly to the understory and the root structure of the bush, working their way upwards while exploring for food. They  occasionally showed up before moving to the next one.
