(delhibirdpix) Spot-winged Grosbeak

Just after Okhimat, there is a bend, which we named as the Grosbeak Point. Our first sighting was of 7 birds - male and female. On a brief outing on 20th morning, we found a lone female, looking rather forlorn, first sitting on the wire, then inside a shrub almost at 'full-frame' distance. Her call was also quite plaintive.

Despite our extensive search for the Collared Grosbeak, it did not show up.

Here are some images of the Spot-winged Grosbeak.
